2. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By accessing and using the Website, the user unconditionally agrees to the present Terms of Use (ToU). These ToU may be amended at any time. It is recommended to regularly check this page to stay informed of any updates.

3. Website Access
The Website is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. No account creation is required to access the services provided on the Website. Lesgrips.com exclusively offers information about the event for the public, athlete registration, and redirection to a third-party site for the purchase of competition tickets.

4. Athlete Registration
Registration for the Les Grips competition_ is reserved for top national athletes_ with prior competitive experience.
The following information is collected during registration:

• First Name, Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Nationality
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Instagram Account

This information is collected to select the 20 best athletes from the registrants. The selection is made by the organizing team based on the athletes' performance and skill level. No account creation is required to register.

Selection Process:

1. Athletes submit their information through the registration form.
2. A pre-selection is carried out internally, and the 20 selected athletes are contacted directly by the organizing team.
3. The selected athletes will receive the rules and important information about the competition by email after the selection.

5. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected via the registration form is kept internally by the organization and is neither sold nor shared with third-party service providers. It is used exclusively for the organization of the competition.

Users can exercise their rights to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by sending an email to_ contact@lesgrips.com_.

6. Redirection to External Ticketing Website
The Website redirects users to an external ticketing website for the purchase of competition tickets. It is clarified that this ticketing website is in no way affiliated with Lesgrips.com. Therefore, users are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party website for all matters related to ticket purchases and payment processing.

7. Contest

Les Grips organizes a contest (hereinafter "the Contest") aimed at promoting the competition and engaging partner climbing gyms. Participation in the Contest is free and open to all participating climbing gyms.

The Contest allows gyms to offer their customers a promotional code granting a 10% discount on ticket prices for the event.

Contest Rules:

1. Each participating gym will receive a unique promotional code specific to their establishment.
2. The gym whose promotional code is used the most will receive an EP volume signed by the competition's athletes and free tickets for their staff to attend the event.
3. Sharing this promotional code on the respective social media accounts of each gym is permitted. Requests for content (visuals or text) should be sent to: contact@lesgrips.com.
4. The winning gym will be announced one month before the event. The second and third-ranked gyms will also receive event invitations. If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
5. The prizes offered as part of the Contest are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Public Information:

• It is not necessary to have made a purchase or to be a member of a gym to benefit from the discount.
• Promotional codes have no limit on the number of uses, but they cannot be applied to parking fees, clothing items, or VIP offers.
• The publication on the Site of the list of gyms that received a promotional code does not guarantee the active participation of each gym. The absence of a promotional code for a gym indicates that they have opted out of participation.

8. Responsibilities
The Les Grips organizing team strives to provide up-to-date and accurate information about the competition. However, it cannot guarantee that the information published on the Website is free from errors or omissions. The use of the information and services provided by the Website is at the user's own risk.

Lesgrips.com is not responsible for any issues or disputes related to ticket purchases made via the external ticketing site. For any questions or complaints regarding ticketing, users must contact the relevant third-party site directly.

9. Modifications and Cancellations
The organization reserves the right to modify the competition in response to unforeseen circumstances (such as a confirmed athlete’s withdrawal, technical issues, etc.). Registered athletes will be notified of any changes or cancellations directly by email.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on Lesgrips.com (texts, images, videos, logos) is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content without the express authorization of the organization is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those in the jurisdiction where the organization’s registered office is located, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.
